1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dispasal (www.dispasal.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.


2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be:

  • At least 18 years old, or
  • Under 18 with parental/guardian consent

3. Product Authenticity

Dispasal guarantees that all products sold on our platform are 100% authentic and sourced directly from verified distributors and manufacturers. We do not deal in counterfeit or grey-market goods.


4. Pricing and Availability

  • All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue items, or update availability at any time without prior notice.
  • Price errors may be corrected, and we may cancel any orders based on incorrect information.

5. Order & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
  • Accepted payment methods include card payment, transfer, and bank deposit.
  • In case of fraud suspicion, Dispasal reserves the right to cancel the transaction.

6. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery timelines vary by location. Orders may be delivered same-day or within 48 hours.
  • Nationwide delivery takes 2–5 working days.
  • Failed deliveries due to wrong address or unavailable recipients may incur additional charges.

7. Installation & After-Sales Services

  • Installation is available for selected categories (TVs, ACs, furniture, etc.) upon request.
  • After-sales services are provided based on manufacturer warranties and Dispasal’s service policy.

8. Return & Refund Policy

  • Items may be returned within 24 hours of delivery if:
    • They are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
    • Unused, in original packaging with proof of purchase.
    • The original packaging and receipts are intact.
  • Items cannot be returned if:
    • They are used, damaged by the buyer, or installed.
    • They fall under hygiene or consumable goods (e.g., opened kitchen items).
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days after inspection.

9. Warranty

  • Products may come with manufacturer warranties (typically 6–24 months).
  • Warranty claims are honored only where the defect is due to manufacturing issues, not user damage.

10. Limitation of Liability

Dispasal is not liable for:

  • Delays beyond our control (e.g., third-party logistics, strikes, natural disasters)
  • Customer misuse of product
  • Damages arising from installation by unapproved technicians

11. Intellectual Property

All content on Dispasal (text, logos, images, trademarks, code) is protected by Nigerian IP laws and remains the property of Dispasal or its partners. You may not use or reproduce without written permission.


12. Data Protection & Privacy

We comply with the Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Disputes shall be resolved first through mediation. If unresolved, they shall be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.


14. Modifications

Dispasal reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or website banner.
