At Dispasal, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of every item we deliver. However, if something isn’t right, our return and refund process is simple, fair, and fast.


πŸ“¦ Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 24 hours of delivery if:

  • βœ… The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival
  • βœ… The item is unused and in original, sealed packaging
  • βœ… You provide proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, etc.)

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

We will not accept returns if:

  • ❌ The item has been used, installed, or tampered with
  • ❌ The product was damaged after delivery by the customer
  • ❌ The product falls under hygiene-sensitive or consumable categories
    (e.g., opened kitchen appliances, used blenders, opened utensils, personal grooming items)

  • You must initiate the return request within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • Returned items must be received by Dispasal within 3 working days from the return approval date.

πŸ” Inspection & Approval Process

All returned items go through a physical quality check at our warehouse.
Refunds or replacements are approved only if the product passes inspection and meets the return conditions.


πŸ’° Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 working days via the original payment method or bank transfer.


🚚 Return Delivery

  • For eligible returns, we will arrange pickup in Lagos.
  • Outside Lagos, customers may be required to ship items to our warehouse at their own cost, unless the error is from Dispasal.

Returned products must include:

  • All original packaging (cartons, wraps, manuals, accessories)
  • Valid proof of purchase
  • Unused and unmodified product state

❓ How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@dispasal.com within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Include your Order Number and clear photo evidence of damage/issue
  3. Await return approval and pickup/shipping instructions

Dispasal reserves the right to reject returns that:

  • Fall outside the 24-hour window
  • Fail to meet inspection standards
  • Were damaged due to misuse, negligence, or installation by unapproved persons
