🛒 ORDERING

Simply browse our products, click “Add to Cart”, and follow the secure checkout process. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email or SMS once completed.

Yes. You can place orders via WhatsApp or phone call. Our support team will guide you through the process.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, yes — contact us immediately. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We deliver nationwide across Nigeria cities, it  take 1–5 working days.

Delivery fees depend on your location and item size. You’ll see the exact cost at checkout. Large items (like furniture or ACs) may attract additional fees.

Yes. We’ll send you a tracking link or updates via email/SMS once your order is on its way.

🛠️ INSTALLATION & AFTER-SALES

Yes — for products like ACs, TVs, and furniture, professional installation is available on request (at an extra cost). Select the “Installation Add-On” during checkout.

If it’s within the warranty period, we’ll guide you through repair or replacement as per manufacturer policy. For help, contact support@dispasal.com.

🔁 RETURNS & REFUNDS

Yes — you can return an item within 24 hours of delivery if it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect. The item must be unused and in original packaging.

Email support@dispasal.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged)

We’ll guide you from there.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after item inspection and approval.

Absolutely. Dispasal only sells 100% authentic products from trusted brands. We do not deal in counterfeits or used goods.

We source directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers in Nigeria and overseas.

🛡️ WARRANTY & SUPPORT

Yes. Most electronics and appliances come with 6–24 months manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms are listed on each product page.
